Forum


The Forum is a discussion area for the class. All Training Managers, Teachers and Students can use the Forum.


To access the Forum, select your class on the main page of the platform. Then select the Forum icon on the right side of the screen.




Select a topic name to read the original post for that topic and all its replicas. Next to each forum topic, you will see:

  • The name of the user who created the topic.
  • The date and time the topic was created.
  • The number of replies to the original posting.
  • If the post has been created by you, you will have the possibility to modify or delete it, by clicking on the pencil or trash icons. If it has been created by another user, these icons will not be visible.


Click on the theme name or on the arrow to see all the answers.


To filter content:

  • Select the list of topics you want to see: all, those created by you, archived, archived by you.
  • Select a tag from those defined by the teacher to see all the topics assigned to that topic.



To create a new post on the Forum:

  • Click on the New topic icon.
  • Enter the subject of your post. If your teacher has created tags to manage the forums, you can select the one that best suits the topic of your forum.
  • If you want to attach one or more files to your post, click on UPLOAD FILE and select the desired files. Click UPLOAD to add your post:



At the end click Finish to add your post


To edit one of your posts:

  • In all your posts a pencil icon will be shown, click on it and you will be able to modify its content.
  • Edit the text of your post.
  • Click Update to save the changes.


To delete a post:

  • All your posts will show a trash can icon, click on it and you can delete the post.
  • Click YES, DELETE IT to confirm the process.


To reply to a post from another user:

  • In all posts the icon "+" will be shown, click on it and you will be able to respond to the desired post.
  • Write your answer.
  • Select the Add Reply button to save your changes.



Remember to use the Forum responsibly. The Teachers and Training Managers can edit or delete posts in the Forum if necessary.


If you are a Teacher or Training Manager, follow the steps described above to edit or delete both your own posts and those of students if required.



Tags Management


As a Teacher or Training Manager You have the possibility to create in the forum a series of tags for the organization of the topics. When creating a new topic, the user will be able to select one of these tags to group it into common topics (for example Grammar, Pronunciation ...). Click on the Manage tags option and a list of the themes already created will be displayed, which you can modify or delete if necessary: 



To create a new tag, just type in the name and select the desired color. Click on ADD TAG and the new tag will be ready to use. When creating a new topic in the Forum, when the tag is selected, it will be indicated by its color in the box with the number of responses:
