Legal

• In most LatAm countries, asking a minor for his/her age, gender and/or photograph is not permitted without parents’ explicit consent. The system should never request such information directly to the students. If required, this should be asked to the teachers or to the schools, giving the option of not providing a direct and concrete answer: i.e., “between 6 to 12 years old”, “less than 6 years old”, “male / female / prefer not to say"

Hardware

• Acceptance Tests: should be carried on using the oldest supported devices, accordingly to Hardware/Software Interfaces, and the latest hardware (so breaking due to hardware architecture can be detected prior launching)
• Performance Tests: can be carried out using latest hardware
