How do I find and register my Richmond products?




When you log in to the Richmond Learning Platform, you will see your home page. If you are a student, your home page shows all the products you have activated, organized in groups.


If you are a Teacher or Training Manager, you will only be able to view the material for a product when at least one of the students in your class has entered a valid access code for that product or you have activated a product with the teacher code.


The first time you log in, your home page will only show you one product: the product that you have activated by registering on the platform.


To register a new product:

  • Click ADD PRODUCT TOKEN
  • Enter the Product access code  and click on ADD PRODUCT.

Every access code is valid for 12 months from the first time it is redeemed. After that time, the products will not be available anymore and you won't be able to see them in your Home Page.


How can you use the products in your Home Page:

  • On the right side you'll see the access to your products ordered by course.
  • Click the image or name of the selected product to see the materials.
