Where is my access code?

To register for the Richmond Learning Platform, or to add a new product, you need an Access code. 

If you are a student: You'll find this code under the gray scratch-off area on the back of your Richmond book cover where used to be the CD-ROM:

If you can't find your access code, please ask your teacher for help.

If you are a teacher: Your teacher book does not include access codes by default. Contact your local Richmond representative and request a teacher access code for your product. Note that you only need to do this if none of your students have activated the product or joined the class yet. If they have already done so, you will have automatic access to the products.

Once you have logged in, you can select ADD PRODUCT TOKEN to enter more access codes and activate additional products. Each access code is valid for 12 months from the first moment you redeem it.
