Objective
To provide the user with an option to upload new files from their computer/smartphone/tablet.

Users have a means for file upload | Users should be able to add files from their devices, as long as they are formats compatible with RLP (audio, video, documents, etc., accordingly to the defined extensions for Types), on click/tap the <UPLOAD> button. |
