To see your profile, click your name on the upper right corner of the web page, then, click My Profile:
You'll see your profile data:
Your data includes your name, email, password and Country. This data includes your notifications preferences too.
To modify your personal data, change it and click Save, if you change your email, you'll receive a confirmation mail in the new account.
All the notifications will be shown in the platform Message Center. In addition, by default, they will also be sent to your personal email. If you do not want this to happen, deactivate the option on Notification settings:
- New Assigment: sends a notice to the user's account to notify them that they have a new assignment created by their Teacher.
- New Message: sends a notice to the user's account to notify any type of message sent by the Teacher or general notices for the entire platform.
- New Marks: sends a notice to the user's account when their exercises have been graded by the Teacher.
If you just want to change the password, click Change Password and a small form will appear where you must enter your current password, and then the new one twice. Click Save, and the password has been changed successfully.
If you need to change your classes, please speak to your Training Manager (the person at your school, college or university who is the administrator of the Richmond Learning Platform).
If you are a Teacher, only the Training Manager can make changes to your classes.
