The objective of having a list and the ability to create users is to manage roles, control access, organize information, and customize settings according to needs.

It allows for the creation of new user in the CMS. The section requests general information to carry out this action.

Search bar

When searching by the full title or keywords, it retrieves the searched content or all contents that include the keyword.

Select a country filter

Allows users to choose a country from a dropdown list, making the search faster.

All Institutions filter

Allows searching for a specific institution among all available ones.

All Source filter

Allows searching by integrations:

  • Santillana Connect

  • EDi

  • e-Stela

All Status filter

Allows searching by status:

  • Deleted

  • Blocked

  • Active

  • Deactivated

Information in columns

Identifier → Key/code to identify the user.

Name (Last, First) → Full name of the user.

Role → Role of the user (Training Manager/Teacher/Student).

Country → Country where the user is located.

Created → Date when the user was created.

Course Menu (without title at the end of each course row) → Includes Details, Edit, and Remove.

Details

Summary of the user's complete information.

Here you can view their subscriptions, edit, change the password, send it to the user, and remove them.

From this option, you can add the user to classes and also see which ones they are a member of. Additionally, you can remove the user from a specific class.

Details → Classes → + Add Class Membership

  • Select the user and the group.

  • Click on <Save>.

Edit

By selecting this option, you can adjust information, correct errors, update data, or customize content details to fit the required changes.

Note: If Author is updated or "reset," all changes made in the CMS will be lost.

Recommendation: Do not edit in the CMS.

Remove

By selecting this option, the course and all its content are permanently deleted. This action is irreversible, so a confirmation popup is displayed when selecting it.

Displaying course

Below the course list, pagination buttons are located, displaying 25 users per page.

Navigate page by page using <Numbers>, move forward or backward with <Next/Prev>, go to the end with <Last>, or return to the beginning with <First>.

Users created from the CMS:

  • Administrator

  • Country Manager

  • Country Training Manager

  • Country Training Viewer

  • Product Builder

  • Provisional Manager

Users created from the Front:

  • Training Manager

  • Teacher

  • Student
