Objective
To provide users with a space to upload files such as images, documents, audio, videos, or interactive content, as well as create links to other websites.
Success metrics

Users have a means to create a new link | Users should be able to add new links on click/tap on the <NEW WEBLINK> button. For students, the options should be presented the same way as for teachers. |

Shared links should be relevant to the class and reviewed by the user.
