When a Primary school student logs in to the platform for the first time with the username and password provided by the Institution, they are asked for two important pieces of information before they are able to use the platform:

• Product Access code: will be provided by the teacher or will be included in the product.
• Class key/Class code: The teacher must always provide the students the class code to be able to access.

WARNING: Without any of these codes, the platform will not be accessible.
