Success metrics
Goal | Metric |
---|---|
Select a file | Open the folders that are saved on the user's computer; the content must already be created in order to upload it. |
Remote file url | URLs are regularly provided that index some external content, such as iSolutions. These materials may be hosted in a repository on Amazon Web Services (AWS) by Richmond Global Editorial. |
Type | It is necessary to specify the type of file to be uploaded. Commonly, shared files are <Unity Core Interactive>, but the following options are also available:
|
Name | <Additional Resources> the structure will be named the same way as the product name in the Richmond Studio Platform. <Files> should use the following naming convention:
e.g., AddRes_FHP_1_Poster_U1.zip AddRes_FHrS2_0_A2_WB_Track_1.1.mp3 |
Title | The title will be an extraction from the name. e.g. Name: AddRes_GFP_1_Test_U8.pdf Suggested title: <Unit 8 Test> |
Cover image | It serves as the image or visual presentation. It helps users quickly identify the content. Covers must have the dimensions 456px x 595px. As well as the following naming convention:
e.g., FHP_1_EPAs_Cover.jpg |
Keywords | They serve to improve the visibility, organization, and searchability of content within the platform. |
Access options | Select who has access to the content:
|
SCORM compliant | Compatible / Not compatible with SCORM. NOTA: Disabling this will cause that not perfectly SCORM compliant packages still were forced to submit their state and score to Unity when the content is closed. This will cause that latest score was set to zero when the package is re-opened. |
Save | Save all the information of the new content. |
Cancel | Cancel the creation of content. |
Assumptions
New content must be interactive, so an external URL should be used.
This function should facilitate the creation of personalized content, which must follow an order.
