Metric

To display a list of the links created for that school, each being one clickable block.

Each block should display:

The title.
The link.
An image.

The user will be able to access the link from the widget.

By clicking on each block, the user will be able to open the link in a new browser’s tab.

The widget shall display the external links created for its current institution in the CMS as well as the ones created at My → Settings → Institutions.

If there are no external links, the widget shall collapse in height until reaching the position where the first block should start.
