Training Manager → Class Management → Class creation


To create a class, click the option “New Class”, and add:

  • Name: (mandatory)
  • Description: (optional)
  • Start Date and End Date: ecen when the end date appears as optional, is recommended to add it.
  • Grade: It's the class level.
  • Grade Level: The class English level in relation witrh the class grade. Click the i button for more information.




IMPORTANT: GRADE y GRADE LEVEL ARE RELATED WITH THE DIAGNOSTIC AND EXIT TESTS ASSIGNED TO THE CLASS. This field must to be filled just for Primary and Secondary levels. You will find in the drop down menu the values associated with Primary and Secondary levels depending on the country this institution belongs. In the example, the institution is located in Perú and the levels correspond to the Peru oficial grades:


Once the Grade class is selected, automatically will appears the Grade Level associated.



IMPORTANT: The Grade Level indicates the Diagnostic and Exit Tests to activate for the current class:

If the TM thinks the Level Grade is not the right one for the class, TM will be able to select the most convenient for the class situation:


WARNING: Once the class has Grade and Grade Level you can click on Save (“Send”), THIS VALUES CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR EDITED, EVEN IF YOU EDIT THE CLASS, THE VALUES WILL BE SAVED AS THE WERE SAVED. If you need to change any of these values, you must to create a new class with the right level and level grade, and assign the users again.
